As explained in
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/RevealCodes.htm, Word
doesn't use formatting start/stop tags the way WordPerfect does, so there
really isn't anything to show.
If you're really determined to get this, there is a third-party utility that
fakes the tags:
http://www.levitjames.com/crosseyes/CrossEyes.html. If you
think it's worth the extra money, go for it.
