Stutz1932 suggested a solution to one interpretation of your question. If
what you want, however, is to get the text out of the text box, there are
two possible approaches.

1. Cut the text and paste it into the main document, then delete the text
box; or

2. Convert the text box to a frame (Text Box tab of Format | Text Box) and
then select the text and press Ctrl+Q, which removes direct paragraph
formatting. Since the paragraph style does not include a frame, this will
remove it.
