How to activate English-Hindi Dictionary in MS word2003 Hindi version?

Have you tried START/Programs/Microsoft Office/Microsoft Office
Tools/Microsoft Office Language Settings (or something like that)?

If that doesn't help, try asking in the word.international.features
group.
