Do you still experience the problem if you start in Office Safe Mode
(holding down the Ctrl key while Word loads)? If not, look for problems with
Normal.dot, the Registry, or an add-in (see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/...peningWord.htm for more). Another
possibility is a problem with the printer driver.
