Bar menu lacking VIEW and INSERT

Default Please help:Bar menu does not show INSERT and VIEW
I have MS word 2002, my horizontal bar menu does not show the menu INSERT and
VIEW any more.Now i can insert footnote on my document.Please help to restore
them
