Default No page numbers in first two pages?

As an alternative, you could use a conditional field like:

{ IF { Page } 2 { Page }"" }

Instead of simply "Different First Page," you'll need to Insert a
Section Break before the third page, uncheck "Same as Previous" from
the header(s) in the second section, Format Page Number in the second
section to begin with the number you want, and delete the page number
from the header(s) in the first section.
