the problem is i have a table which only fits in a page that has the

writings run from the buttom of the page to the top in a landscape

it looks impossible to copy it from the exel and paste it in a
landscape position in word, the only solution i have is to re-type
the whole table in word and making the the writings direction bottom
to top , THATS HELL TIME CONSUMING :-(
