While the PDFMaker.dot add-in will work in the Word startup folder, the
Acrobat installation will attempt to put it in the Office startup folder
which for Word 2002 is C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE10\STARTUP.
If your version of Acrobat pre-dates Office 2002 and you don't have the
latest add-in update, Acrobat's installer has no way of recognising this
folder, so you would have to install the add-in manually. The add-ins you
will find in a sub folder of the Adobe folder in C:\Program Files

templates and add-ins", is PDFMaker.dot listed as a choice, and is it
