If you have a printer for which you can get gold or silver ink cartridges,
then you format the text as black since the gold/silver cartridge replaces
the black cartridge. If you're looking for RGB equivalents for gold/silver,
then Google is your friend, but you will probably find most such solutions
unsatisfactory.
