Default How Can I Slow Down Mouse-Wheel-Click Scroll Speed?
When I click the mouse wheel so that I can scroll by just moving the mouse to
a new position, I can either go €śslow€ť (which is too fast), or way, WAY too
fast. How can I control the speed for both the €śslow€ť and €śfast€ť behaviors?
