Default style gallery Word 2007

Style visibility is set in the Manage Styles dialog box; you can access it
by clicking the Manage Styles button on the Styles pane (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S).
Use the Recommend tab to choose which styles to hide and show. In order to
transfer the settings to the attached template (which is normal.dotm for
blank documents), click the "New documents based on this template" option.
Be sure to also click Options (in the Styles pane) and, for "Select styles
to show," choose "Recommended." Again, click "New documents based on this
template" before clicking OK.

As a company we only ever want our users to see our own housestyle
options.
I have followed instructions posted in the past and have managed to get
our
heading styles 1 -5 in the gallery. I cannot get our heading styles 6 and
7
to be always available in any new document - they default back to the
fixed
styles. Please ... can someone help and give me complete instructions on
how
to do this so that we can deploy this firm wide.
