Default Sending info from one form document to another

Form fields can be named as bookmarks. This is a part of each field's
properties and they are assigned names by default. If you know the bookmarks
for the fields holding your information, you can use IncludeText fields to
replicate the information in the schedule. You may want to look at the
Styles and IncludeText tutorial at http://addbalance.com/word/download.htm.

I am creating a form that will be password protected. I also need a
separate
schedule to accompany this form. I want to find out if there is a way I
can
get the schedule to transfer information over to this document if both of
the
files are open?
