Default remove email fields in Word

I accidentally pressed the Email button in the standard toolbar. MS Word
2003 now shows the To/CC/BCC/Subject fields. I have no intention of mailing
this document. I've saved the document, closed word, reopened word and still
the To/CC/BCC/Subject fields appear on the screen. HOW DO I GET RID OF THESE
FIELDS, and show more of the document? These fields are wasting about a
vertical inch of screen real estate. Caps intentional, I'm upset that I
can't find a way to do it. MS Word Help was no help.
