Just type it in the cell then copy paste or for a merge type it in the cell
before propagating the labels..

need more than 4 cards just keep pressing Tab as you complete each
card & a new page will be generated for you as you go.

Merge Task Pane select Labels and in the next step click the Label
Options button, choose the label layout as above then follow the
steps on the Task Pane to complete the merge.
