Have you tried FileSend toMail Recipient As Attachment? You can e-mail
your correspondence to clients and cc to your assistant with instructions.
I would probably send a copy to the clients and then send another e-mail
copy to an assistant and spare the clients from the details of the internal
workings of my office :-)
