Find All is only displayed when the highlight all items check box is
checked. Otherwise it is find next.
So nothing wrong with the design - the problem is pilot error.

In word 2000, I was able to find one word at a time in a document
such as the bible. Now the tab says "Find all" and all the words are
highlighted and then I have to search through the whole document for
the highlighted words, which defeats the purpose of the FIND
function. If there is no remedy for this problem, I will uninstall
microsoft word 2003 because of this inefficiency. I work with large
documents and need to find specific words in them quickly.
LACK OF INTELLIGENCE IN DESIGN!
