Default custom page setup want to print 2 up on letter size paper
My page layout is currently 4x6 and I want to output 2 up on 8.5x11,
landscape layout. The final printing is 2 up, however it reduced my image to
fit on a portrait layout. I want it to remain 4x6 centered on 11x8.5
landscape layout.
