Default Search Indent in Word

Searching for indents works fine here. The only things that occur to me a

a) are you positive the indent is EXACTLY 2,63? If it's 2,631, then search
won't find it, and the lovely Paragraph dialog box might lie and say it's
2,63, when it's really 2,631 or 2,632.

b) are you positive it's Left Indent you're searching for, and not 1st line
indent or something else?

Basically, if you double-click the indent marker on the ruler, the dialog
box's Indent setting there needs to match the Indent setting you're seeing
when you click Format - Paragraph from within the Find and Replace dialog
box. Further, the Paragraph dialox box won't really tell you if you've set
it at 2,631 rather than 2,63. It won't show that level of precision. So, the
only way to ensure that it's really 2,63 is to set it to that value exactly
using the Paragraph dialog box. Otherwise, you might need to discover the
exact setting experimentally if you have a number of instances being used in
your document, and you don't want to screw around with resetting them all
to exactly 2,63. Clearly, if you could do that easily, you wouldn't need to
be searching in the first place. Right?

Somehow when I try to search/replace something in Word, this is not
working
when I just search An (left) Indent.
Do I miss something?
When I search a font, type and/or size it all works as expected, but when
I
search for instance Left Indent 2,63 cm (which is occuring in the document
many times), I got a message that the whole document has been searched and
nothing has been found.
