Thank you for your quick response. We used formatting styles based on
'normal'. We added a few styles and based them on 'normal' style using
Arial 11 and 1.5 line spacing as format. We view the document as such and
it
looks perfect, but when sent to the customer, they receive it as 'Times
New
Roman, 1.0 line spacing. The styles are not set to 'automatically update'
