I need to copy the file that contains Word11 options (specifically the
Spelling & Grammar settings) to a group of machines so that they all have

I do not want to have re-image the machines.

See http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/FilesToBackup.htm.
Transferring settings is the same as backing them up on one machine
and doing the restore on the other machine(s).

There isn't just one file of options for Word, as the article
explains. Besides that, most of the Spelling & Grammar settings are
stored in a registry key, described at
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Custom...eySettings.htm. The
best way to transfer those settings is to record a macro of the
Options dialog and to run that macro on the other machines, according
to the section "How to preserve your Settings preferences" in that
article.
