Default HOW TO REPLACE PAGES WITH OTHER PAGES IN DOCUMENTS

1. Select the content in the source document. (There are many methods for
doing this: click and drag; double-click in the left margin; hold down the
Shift or Ctrl key and press the Arrow keys; etc. The Word help topics explain
this in detail.)

2. Press Ctrl+C or click the 'Copy' button on the 'Standard' toolbar or
click Edit | Copy or right-click and select 'Copy' from the context menu.
(Any of these will work, although the actual process may vary depending on
your version of Word.)

3. Select the target document and select the content you want to replace.
(See 1. above for methods for doing this.)

4. Press Ctrl+V or click the 'Paste' button on the 'Standard' toolbar or
click Edit | Paste or right-click and select 'Paste' from the context menu.
(The same caveats apply as in 2. above.)

And for future reference, typing in ALL CAPS is considered "shouting" in
most newsgroups. It's also helpful if you provide information on the version
of Word you are using.
