Default how to recover password locked documents?

So he recommends hypnosis or truth serum? Why not tea leaves or a ouija
board as well? I'll concede your points have merit, but wise guy responses
to requests for help serve no purpose I can see. There are ways around
revealing CC numbers as well, if that concerns him.

Fine if you want to turn over your credit card details to someone who
cracks passwords for a living. Notice they don't tell you how long it will
take their software to crack your password if it is even moderately
strong. Terry pretty much has it right. Password protection on forms is
easily overcome, but for documents that are encrypted, Internet software
is pretty much a waste of time/money.
