Default How can I insert a blank page into an existing document

Perhaps this will be helpful. Although it is specifically referring to Word
on the Mac, PC Word works the same way.

Page break didn't work I tried that before my post. I wrote a cookbook, I
have to add a few more recipes between ones that are already typed in so I
need new pages between existing ones. If I just start typing it will move
the rest of the words down and mess up everything that is already there.

Ctrl+enter in the appropriate place. You can also use Insert - Break -

break - OK.
Be aware these are hard page breaks, which will remain in the document

long
after you really need them.
You could just as easily put your cursor where the new text needs to

come
and type it in. No need to move things around.
Or have I completely misread your question?
