You're looking for a Windows version of the Unix utility named
"touch". You may find them on the Internet by searching with Google,
but be careful -- many of them are able to change only the modified
date. Here's a free one that can change all three dates, but has only
a command-line interface:

This one has a dialog-based interface and costs $12:

Due to renames and file moves etc. the date in explorer for a lot of
my word documents does not match the real date. e.g. for xyz.doc
windows explorer reports the date modified = 03/08/2005, date created
03/08/2005 and date accessed 16/10/2005.
The dates in word are Date created 09/03/2001 and date last saved =
09/03/2001.
The dates held within word are correct.
Is there a way to set the windows explorer dates "correctly" i.e. so
that explorer date modified = word date last saved and explorer
created = word created?
Thanks
John
