Use Save As to create another copy of the file; then delete the contents
that you do not want in each version. Note, however, that it will be easier
to keep everything in one file, for example when creating a table of
contents.

I have created a word document which runs into 132 pages or so and

Now I want to split that into two... from page 90 onwards into another
