We are changing from Word Perfect to Microsoft Word. We use form letters
which are called merge files in Word Perfect. They are great because the
form walks you through the letter alnd telling you where and what to
insert
eg name, address, tracking number, to calculate a number, etc. You don't
have manage a seperate list to pull the information from, you can just
open
the document click on "merge" then click on "merge" and it will take you
to
to first item to type, then you click on "continue" and it will take you
to
the next item to type.

How do I do this in Microsoft Word?
