Your user might want to download the gender toolbar add-in from
http://addbalance.com/word/download.htm. This gives a toolbar which will
insert variable fields and allow the user to change the gender.

Word 2003/XP
User would like to create form with a drop-down box that reads "his"
"hers".
When you click on the drop-down box that text will populate in other areas
throughout the form at the same time.
I don't know if there is an easier way of getting her to do what she
needs.
Thank you in advance.
