Default add cell in a resume template

I NEED MORE CELLS TO ADD MY WORK EXPERIENCE. WITH THE BULLETS AND TABS, BUT I
DONT KNOW HOW TO ADD ONE. I AM USING A BASIC TEMPLATE FORM MICROSOFT WORD.
