You need a paragraph return on a line break to indicate the break in the
line of text. What was used in the original? Turn the show/hide button on:
http://www.officearticles.com/word/s...osoft_word.htm
If it looks like a backward P, then use ^p for a paragraph return character.
If it's a dropping/left-pointing arrow, then use ^l for a line break.

Hello,
im working with a enormous SPSS file that was imported to Word. The
creator
forgot to insert captions.
I tried to insert them with search and replace. Because manually with 200
pages is almost impossible.
I wanted to get
Part 1. Quality
Teacher told well.
All i tried, there was only this i got
Part1.Quality Teacher told well.
Is there a possibility to insert 2 lines instead of one? Manually almost
impossible to correct it on 200 pages.
Thx,
Daniel
