If you have spent money on the Office 2003 proofing tools and still wish to
use them, Word 2010 will not allow that, whereas Word 2007 will.
Personally I prefer the Word 2007 colour scheme, and I don't much care for
the ribbon that has been added to Outlook. I am in no hurry to 'upgrade'.
