Default Blue Background, White Text Word 2007

sorry - that option is no longer available. I believe you can change the
background color and Paper color - even as the default - but you'd also have
to change the font color for contrast. Doing so would affect printing & be
more of a hassle than you might think.

There may be a 3rd-party alternative available or you may be able to make a
global change in Windows' display options. Check back for replies from
others... I'd seen a few possibilites mentioned but haven't had an
opportunity to check any out.
