Default How can I change the size & location of a picture I am inserting?

Click on the picture to display the Picture toolbar. Click on the Text
Wrapping button (dog icon) and change the wrapping style from In Line with
Text to some other style.

I am trying to insert a logo for my company on a Word document. I used to
see little points around the pictures I copied and I could resize them and
also change the location. There used to be a green point on top as well,

so
I could roate the picture as well. I am not seeing this with my new

version
of windows. Is there a way for me to set it up?
