result. To achieve a rounded off result in Word, you can either round
the data off correctly in Excel, or apply a numeric picture switch to

. select the Word MERGEFIELD and press Shift-F9. You should see
something like-
{MERGEFIELD ExcelData}
. edit the Word MERGEFIELD to look like-
{MERGEFIELD ExcelData \# 0.0}
. press F9
