My name's Miles and I actually work for Realogic.

We do Lease Abstracting and Administration for all kinds of Commercial properties including retail, office and industrial use.

What you may be looking for is a checklist to build your own Word template.

Here's the first page of the abstracting checklist we give clients when we start a big job. It includes the fundamental aspects of a lease that we always capture.
