Default How? fix the size of a box in table so it doesn't move with text

This won't prevent users from pressing Enter and increasing the depth of the
cell, though. To do that, you can either code the Enter key to behave like
Tab (requires a macro) or just set an exact height on the row, which
doesn't prevent excess content but does prevent distortion.

Yes. Insert Form Fields into the table cells. Right-click the FF and
select Properties. Here you can control the input, type and maximum
characters. To test the FF doesn't exceed the cell, fill it will 8888s and
see how many characters it will fit.
