Options is missing from the tools menu in word 2003 (XP)
i have a user here who's scroll bars are hidden. normally you can just go
into options and recheck these options. the problem is options portion of
the menu is unavailable in MS word.
The scroll bars are there in excel, just not word. what is the quickest way
to remedy this issue without have to reinstall offce on it (detect and repair
has been tried)
