If your pay stubs are all the same size, e.g. you need two A5-sized
stubs on an A4 page (or 1/2 U.S. Letter Size) then
a. create the layout you need in the top half of the page
b. copy and paste another copy below so you have
layout A
layout B
c. add as many blank lines as you need to ensure that layout B starts
at the right point on the page, e.g.
layout A
layout B
d. immediately before layout B, use ctrl-F9 to insert a pair of
special "field code braces" { } then type the word NEXT between them, so
you have
{ NEXT }
Then merge a few records to a new document/and or to bits of paper.
If your merge is more complicated than that, you need to provide more
detail about what you are trying to do.

I am trying to create a pay stub by using mail merge. I would like to create
2 pay stub with different employee in the same page to safe paper. Does
anybody know how to??? I tried by inserting a page break but it repeats the
same employee in the same paper...
