From Tools Customize Toolbars tab of that dialog, check "Shortcut Menus"
See step 2(c) in

Then you can go to the Commands tab and drag the command to the menu.
Actually there are many shortcut menus, one for each kind of location you
can click in' so you will have to add the command to whichever you are
interested in.
