This is unchecked on my PC and I continue to have a problem seeing the color
that other editors used on a document. Everything appears in my default
colors. Are there are any other suggestions on ways to fix this problem?

In Word go to Tools.Options.Security. Uncheck the box that says "Remove
personal information from file properties on save." I hope this helps you as
