The 2003 Mail Merge Letters procedure is much more complicated than 2000
Mail
Merge. Cell formats and Value Only do not merge. For example: $20,000
merges to 20000. Another example: A formula cell that calculates the
percentage 5.60%shows up in word document as 3.55374736532523%. Selecting
records to merge in 2000 used the advanced filter system or whatever
records
are visible in Excel. To select records to merge in 2003, you check the
records you want to merge.
