Default what are the frequent features of microsoft office 2003?

And if there is a language issue here, and the reference is to "most
frequently used" features relative to adaptive menus and toolbars, then the
"About menus and toolbars" Help topic has a section on "Displaying only the
commands and buttons that you use." Interestingly, there is nothing in that
Help topic to explain how to disable adaptive menus and toolbars. sigh
That's in another topic, "Show all buttons or commands."
