This works only if you have Outlook selected as your default mail client
(many of us don't). It used to work regardless of mail client.

This should be allowed for using the INSERT menu, with default access
to Outlook or 'Browse' for other compatible address books - (perhaps
with a file location defined under Tools/Options/File locations)

The insert address button on the standard toolbar does this. If the button
is not present, add it using tools customize.
