Default create form with lines

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at
http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles. You may also want to look at

Hope this helps,

I'm trying to create a form for employees to fill out when sent to them
through outlook mail. the issue is this, if i use a text form, the lines
move
underneath and if i use tables, when i hit the tab button to go to the
next
form it just adds another line underneath the existing one. what am i
doing
wrong? how can i get a form that goes from question to question? Thanks a
lot!
