Default convert regular numbers to footnote numbers in document

Assuming the Footnote Reference style is still correctly defined as
Superscript, use the Replace dialog as follows:

1. Ctrl+H to open the dialog.

2. In the "Find what" box, type ^f (which is the code for a footnote
reference mark).

3. Click More to display the bottom of the dialog.

4. With the insertion point in the "Replace with" box, click Format, select
Style, and choose Footnote Reference.

5. Replace All.

If that doesn't work, you can use the brute-force approach. After steps 1
and 2:

3. In the "Replace with" box (leaving it blank), press Ctrl+Shift+=
("Format: Superscript" will be displayed under it). Then Replace All.

I have been asked to convert a (very large) Word Perfect document to Word
2007. (Any suggestions on a good way to do this would be most
appreciated.)
In the middle of the document. the conversion put the numbers for
footnotes
33-123 into regular sized numerals, (and only in the document, not the
actual
footnotes at the bottom of the page). How do I make the numerals into the
uniform size for footnotes across the entire document?
