[Table of figures]

1- how can i create a caption for a figure and give it a number as (Figure
1.1) and let the word continue numbering the other figures automatically as
(Figure 1.2 , Figure 1.3 , tec) in each time i'm inserting a caption ? what
i'm doning now is writing the figures with the numbers manually !

2- when i was trying to create a table of figure it gave me a massege that
no nfigures found , i choosed one of the figures and arranged it as ( inline
with text) it appeares with the caption but without the number of the figure!

how can i do that easily and faster !
