Insert | Reference | Caption for the first question. If your figures are
wrapped, the caption will be inserted (by default) in a text box. If this is
Word 2003 or earlier, the Table of Figures can't see captions in a text box
(yep, smart programming), so you need to either (a) insert both the figure
and the caption inline (In Line With Text) or (b) put the caption in a frame
instead or (c) put both figure and caption together in a frame. FWIW, (a) is
preferable when possible, but if you *must* wrap text around a figure and
caption, then (c) is the best option.

2- when i was trying to create a table of figure it gave me a massege that
no nfigures found , i choosed one of the figures and arranged it as (
