Does Ctrl+Shift+8 (the 8 on the top row, not on the number pad) toggle
paragraph marks on/off? If not, in Tools - Options - View, under Formatting
Marks, is All checked? If so, remove the check next to All, and Show/Hide,
Ctrl+Shift+8, etc. should now work.

for paragraph marks, but I still see them in Outlook. I also did the
