How Can I Slow Down Mouse-Wheel-Click Scroll Speed?
The only property that appeared named pertinent to this question was
Motion|Speed. I set this so slow I could hardly use the mouse (as a test),
and crawled my way to Word.
Clicked the mouse wheel and the dynamic scrolling was just as fast as
ever.
This seems to be a Word parameter, not an OS parameter...
