When asked if you want to replace the existing TOC, say no. Also, make sure
that you have at least one empty paragraph between any TOC/TOF and the next;
although it may not be obvious, the paragraph mark you see below a TOC is
actually inside the TOC field.

Hi i'm using (Windows Vista) and i'm trying to create a list of tables .
