Hi Rene

I played around with this using Word 2000 as well as Word 2003, and I can't
find out how Word 2000 might have removed the reviewers' names. Sorry.

Hope this helps.

Ok, now I've actually seen a document that this has happened to. It was
originally created in word 2003 two of the reviewers were using word 2000.
The last reviewer (using word 2000) caused all the reviewer names to
revert
to 'unknown' and all the colors to become one. Do you think this was just
a
bug? I've asked the last reviewer how she did it, but she could not
explain
what she did.

Hi Rene

I don't believe that this is possible in Word 2000. If you have access to
Word 2003, open up the document in Word 2003 and make the change. You
will
then be able to open the document in Word 2000.

Hope this helps.

I have a document that has been reviewed by various people. I now want
to
show the changes that have been made, but keep the reviewers anonymous.
I
know that in Word 2003 this is possible by going to Options | Security
|
(remove personal information), but is this possible in Word 2000?

Please help! I am on a short deadline.

Thank you,
